3 stars: This app is very glitchy for me. I have to keep tapping the screen for ships to appear, and that's quite annoying. Also, the ship positions are not accurate. Tracking is very slow.
4 stars: Besides the obligatory ads and urges to pay $100+ per year... not bad! Not up to date; but they're at the behest of the vessel owners, no way around personal privacy. Needs a call to arms for photo submissions and verifications of contributor data. SUGGESTION: Add a 'next' button that displays the next closest ship in the area; i had issues that stacked the dots, i couldn't get the data from 3 of 4 markers.
4 stars: Good app, I like it. I think it should self install a icon on download.....I have an android, downloaded app, like it, but cant seem to start app from homescreen as no icon. Going through internet browser is okay.....but why not install a start icon on homescreen?
4 stars: I like seeing various Cruise Ships are and RNLI Lifeboats are too. I can also see live movements of Dover-Calais ferries and Newhaven-Dieppe ferries too.
3 stars: It's a good app to see the names of boats and ships, however if you're tracking them you need a gps because it does not show river mile markers. So, it's pretty much useless for any real vessel \
