5 stars: I used to use this app almost everyday but recently it's almost impossible to quickly get a ride. The captains accept the ride then cancels it and it goes on like that for more than half an hour and it has made me late a few times already. I wouldnt recommend to downloading this app because it currently is really not trust worthy if u dont want to be late.
5 stars: Nice service, I'm using my card for payment and the best thing is if sometimes i don't have any money in my account i can easily take a ride and pay before my next ride. I think this feature is good I'm case of emergency.
3 stars: Currently we are facing trouble in booking rides .it takes alot of time to find a captain . And captain is too far away take time to reach at the location mostly captain cancel the ride after few minutes.
3 stars: App is too slow now a days then before. Not working properly. Too much slow. New version is not updated. It's the same as old one. Option for go mini go etc not available except a white line at bottom without arrow where v were selecting go mini go etc. Is this app now for 4G mobile only n not for 3G mobile??
