3 stars: Good app most of the times it is useful but many times captain just makes us fool either he won't start from his place or he may be going somewhere else and he books the ride and we are just calling him again and again he never pick the call and will cancel afterwards also sometimes he picks call and will ask where to go then he says \
4 stars: The captains are accepting the rides without knowing the location of pickup. This is because the app doesn't show the pickup location or shows wrong location of the ride. If you make an update \u0026 solve this, i t would be great.
3 stars: I dont want to talk about the app much. But I really feel that there should be some provision to transfer the money from Rapido to our respective wallets. Hope the team would do something about it soon. I would like to know more about why this feature is not in place thus far.
4 stars: Overall good experince. Its only annoying when you cancel the trip and retry to book it shows \
4 stars: Totally amazing. But most of the time the rides are not available. So this is one of the minus point of this app. Rest things are really good.
