3 stars: Not bad, but you need to swim in the river if you are on an island! the app recommends you to take the next station on the other side, totally ignoring the roads... And if there is a problem anywhere, it's impossible to send an alert. We have gps, time, photo, but no, Ratp is perfect and don't need feedback. Thanks dev team for the response!
3 stars: I adjust my rating due to some enhancement. What I really need is: as a usual bus user, I cant find the way to know my upcomming bus time. This app looks like an uber app. In the past I mostly used RATP for finding the line routes or how many time I have to wait for at a station.

4 stars: Hello. Please test your Application with phone Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9+ with new version of Samsung - Android OC, then you will see all the BUGS. Pay attention, in the same phone with old version of OC everything works well. If you are interesting in my knowledge, contact me and I will show you the bugs. Have a nice day. 3 stars: looks ok but stil a long way to go. For example : when I search for an itinerary, why doesn't it show me the kinds of tickets and their price? My experience with eg the MVV app from the Munich public transport is quite a bit better
