5 stars: Only draw back is that when kids are watching video at the time their schedule goes to lockdown, the app continues since they were in the app before access time ended. It just keeps them from opening restricted apps after the designated time. Web restrictions work quite well and schedule restrictions are applicable to each app in 3 ways: never available, always available, or by schedule.
5 stars: Hands down the best parental controls. Being able to control remotely is invaluable. It's an intuitive, no nonsense app with immediate communication from customer service if needed. Loyal subscriber since 2017. It's gotten me through one teen and another to go;)
3 stars: The app is good when it is working. Not very user friendly though. Nearly impossible to take a device out easily. Kicks a device out and impossible to reactivate it. Can't see text function and who is texting back and forth.
5 stars: 3-11-2020. Had problems after last update, could not get the app to work. After clearing cache and data for the app through my app settings, I was able to get the app to work. As of now app is again working flawlessly!
3 stars: Used this app for a few years now worked on their ipad and Samsung tablet however after downloading it on to my daughters phones iPhone XR and iPhone 8 it does not block when supposed to . Even paid the subscription.
