4 stars: Have not tested the accuracy of all the functions yet, but overall seems quite complete for all your property needs. Few suggestions, App to provide explanations/formulas/tables on how you get the calculated results. App to show the latest updates on news related to the functions, example, new RPGT rate just announced.
5 stars: I'm impressed, instead of having to open multiple websites to look at loan and other entry fees, this app has all of them just by entering the house price. It even calculates the total price paid. As a first time home buyer I highly recommend this.
5 stars: The app is really useful, thanks Just to point out one thing, For the Home Loan Eligibility calculation in the DSR \u0026 Loan Eligibility \u003e Advanced Selection, I believe the DSR should be calculated based on the Nett Income, not the Gross Income.
