4 stars: It's a good tracker, but sometimes it doesn't update (for one, right it still says that Bertha is alive right now (and even has a forecasted point that should've happened yesterday)).
3 stars: Very good however a little innacurate to some places for example tropical storm Bertha hit America 2 days ago and ot ended yesterday but the app hasn't refreshed if this isn't fixed soon i am uninstaling and giving it a 2 star
