5 stars: Finally an alternative to Teamviewer thats also free to use for Business use!!! Obviously you wont get all the features for free but even so just being able to use on Server OS's without having a time limit is great. Try it you wont be sorry.........
4 stars: Not bad, but you really need to implement remote control of iOS and Android devices too, since all those in IT have to support a variety of devices, not just PC's and Macs.
