3 stars: Must restart app multiple times to get it to register the code/activate. Half of the freakin time. Little annoying. Hipster company!

5 stars: Easy and conventional way of getting around the city. I was a bit caught off-guard by the no-park zones in the city so it would be a good idea to survey the map before you ride to make sure you can park the vehicle appropriately.
