4 stars: There is a critical bug, my 2019 bought 4-TRIP tickets can no longer be activated in 2020, nor can I buy new ticket, meaning, before the bug is fixed, the app is useless to me. PLEASE FIX THE BUG ASAP. ***Update*** The bug was fixed soon. Yet I had another problem with payment failure (double charge) done other day, and I received the refund from BVG the very next day after I reported the error. Impressive work.
4 stars: Amazing.. Love how it woks... But I wish a better wifi connection in the stations and train... And it woulb be amazing if there would be a one station ticket... Especially for s and u Bahn

5 stars: As a tourist I can say I really enjoyed Berlins means of transportation including this app. All you do is open the app, select the ticket you've already bought (within the app) and you activate it.
