4 stars: Does not work any more. Cannot connect. Yes it connected but then i had to reinstall it a few later. Doesnt seem to stay connected. When I went to reinstall I noticed there were 3 or 4 different apps that I could download. I have a Android phone. Which one is the correct download???? If you responded I did not receive any thing. I did not get your reply. Could u send it again?
4 stars: The parameters of the sound work but it is impossible to receive calls or to hear music with the hearing aids. Thank you for your reply today, but you don't give me any novelty. 4 stars: When this app works, it works very well! Since I do not have an iPhone (the preferred device) finding support is difficult. 3 stars: Works great for the most part, I still haven't figured out how to make it hear the voices clearly without all the noise, also my biggest problem is bc it uses Bluetooth to make your hearing aids work, it cuts out of Bluetooth almost every hour meaning I have to connect them to Bluetooth constantly
