3 stars: There could be some improvements with this app. I don't know why but it would work at one hotel, then not at a different hotel the next day. Maybe it has something to do with the hotel's internet security but it is not consistent. Also, no way to clear previous viewed pictures from the cache in the app. I like the app, there just hasn't seem to have been much improvement with the app.
3 stars: The app is good when it works correctly. I've been trying to get ahold of tech support for my cloud EX2 and phone support is no longer available. My cloud only works on my phone when I'm connected to wifi, other than that I get a network error code 705 or 905. Not sure why this happened in the 1st place. Already reset everything including password.
5 stars: Application works as advertised. However it would suit Western Digital to inform their millions of users when problems happen rather than the customer trying to fix a none fixable issue at their end. Communication is what thease servers are built for. WD you need to Start communicating.
4 stars: I was able to access my music and was overall pretty happy with the app for a week. Since yesterday though, i can't seem to get access to my stuff even on the website. I wouldn't be that mad if i had the files backed up somewhere but all i had was on my cloud.
