5 stars: This app has a lot of great content that is easy to apply to your lifestyle. It offers a great deal of lessons that comes with videos which makes it easier to understand then just reading lessons. All the lessons have a psychology emphasis and are very factual. Overall, I was quite surprised by this app and everything that it offers!
5 stars: Fabulous app that helps you break down interpersonal relationships into building blocks that are easy to manage. I highly recommend for all types of familial relationships. This app gave me insight into the differing relationships I have with my two teenagers and tools to work on making us all happier. I also love that the first lessons explain the science behind happiness. Understanding the why and how makes the lesson's benefits clear.
