5 stars: 3-11-2020. Had problems after last update, could not get the app to work. After clearing cache and data for the app through my app settings, I was able to get the app to work. As of now app is again working flawlessly!
3 stars: Horrible experience with iPhones. The email support takes too long. You need a phone number for support. I dont always have my childrens phone with me when you answer. Then your solution doesn't work, I have to wait another day. ****Update after response from OurPact. I did contact your support 10+ times and most of the responses were the same solution that never worked.
4 stars: Great app but... I love mostly everything about this app, however, I have a few problems with it. Eventhough you can block most apps, you're not able to block SETTINGS which kids can use to turn off access to their phone from this app (please do something about this). Other than that and one more thing I can't think of at the moment I love this app!
3 stars: At first I loved the app. It was great for screen time however, we paid for the full subscription and I was very unhappy when I had the filter on to block explicit content and when looking through my childs history, she accessed inappropriate content. We are going to try to go with google family link which is free and see if we can get better blocking.
4 stars: Love it, I have AN android and my son iPhone and I can manage his 2 decodes pretty easily, block apps and functions individually, set times...
