3 stars: Could not log in through the app to check out the truck. It took about 20 minutes on the phone to get the truck checkout process going. All told it took about 40 minutes to get a truck and had to re- enter data that I had previously submitted to arrange the reservation. However, I have to say that the two people in customer service that helped me were among the best I have ever dealt with, for any company. But the app still needs work.
3 stars: Love the app idea, and this one has enormous potential. However, why did I go through birth pains answering all the myriad questions only to be asked AGAIN at check out?
