5 stars: This is the second time I picked up CBS access for a Star Trek series. I didn't rate the first round since I only used it sparingly. This time I've explored the app more and I'm satisfied with the programming. But honestly, with so many tv app platforms to choose from in the market, if CBS access had not went forward with Picard, I'd have probably never returned.
4 stars: I love this app! I even upgraded to the commercial free. However, thisbapp would be perfect if I were able to set up another profile. This app allows us to watch 2 screens a t a time, so having a second profile would be perfect. My mom just moved in with me and she uses my app, but if she watches a show first, it is marked as watched and then inha e to search for what shows are new.
3 stars: NEEDS AN UPDATE ASAP. I love CBS, but this app is pretty bad. Its fast to open a show's content but the app takes forever to open videos, no matter the internet connection. SOMETIMES it loads just fine, but most times it takes a few minutes for videos to load. I bought the ad free service hoping it would maybe help but nope, still slow.
5 stars: Horrible lag time no matter where or how I'm connected and I've been paying for commercial-free content too! Apparently within the app, I can't go back to basic, non-paid content. I only have the choice of no commercials or limited commercials. UPDATE: I have to give it to these folks at CBS for writing back. I will call and see what I can find out. Thank you...
