4 stars: Is any one having g issues with the time zone sending the wrong appointment time to clients. I moved time zones and I have followed all the instructions given to fix the problem I changed it in settings, changed it in customers profile and even uninstalled and reinstalled. I have looked for a number to call square but that has been a no go. I loved this app until recently. HELP! Cause I want to keep loving it!
4 stars: So far so good but I believe it could use couple things. 1. Online booking link needs to have fewer characters cant put on my business card 2. E Cards clients should be able to go directly to my online booking site and buy E Cards. They cant as of yet.
4 stars: I do love this app but idk y it always says it is offline when open it everytime. I always have to turn the app off and open it again for it to be back online for me to accept credit card payments. I dont understand.
3 stars: So I used this app a few times and it was great. Then one day, I booked an appointment. Then we (the app and I) had to update the CC. Did that. Got that email. What it didn't do was to accept the appointment for which I thought was all booked. Guess what? No appointment! Apparently I was supposed to verify something. I don't know. I guess I was distracted.
5 stars: Awesome! I love it so far! Ome thing that I would suggest is when someone books and is payed... They are able to make a review from the buisness directly from the app. Now when a new client books ...
