3 stars: The wear platform is probably implemented by interns. Phone says watch connected but watch says disconnected. Watch receives notifications even when Bluetooth is off. Apps on watch don't get internet connection(fixed now). Google probably doesn't want to improve the wear platform. Instead of asking users to report somewhere else ask your qa team to try using smartwatches in real life for a few days! Mine is fossil gen 3 with oneplus 7 pro.
3 stars: 1. Why does the watch quick setting have no wifi, Bluetooth and location toggling options for easy access to extend watch battery? 2. Samsung Active watch 2(only for active 2) has voice over wifi setting for general phone only calls (remote connection feature). Why wear os does not support this? 3. Tilt to wake options does not have periodic time setting(like 7:00 am to 11:00 pm). Why?
3 stars: Running Wear OS on the Hauwei Watch 2. Not sure how much of the issues are due to the hardware or the Android software. The software is slow and extremely buggy. Would not recommend the watch or Wear OS unless an update (perhaps the long-awaited update that has yet to make its way to HW2) resolves the issues. Highly disappointed. Edit 14 Feb 20: The Wear OS update improved the responsiveness of the watch, but not by much.
