5 stars: It's sad that grab has discontinued this service as it had served my large family numerous times. My extended family loves traveling together and we find it difficult to ride separately due to children \u0026 aged parents. With the grab shuttle plus, it allowed us to be picked up together so we can help with one another. Family outings are a blast with shuttle plus. Hopefully grab can revive this program again.
4 stars: So far, I've used this service twice, mainly because of the promo code. Comparing prices, it may not make sense to use the Grab Shuttle service especially if there are multiple drop offs, when I can just pay a couple of dollars more to get a GrabHitch. I see a niche for this service, but like all things, the price must be right.
5 stars: Extremely convenient especially if you already have a fix schedule, you can book 3days in advance. Cost efficient for long journey and if you have more than 1 riders.
4 stars: It's a good system most of the time. Useful. A pity that it's going to discontinue next year.
5 stars: Always on time (make sure you book in advance, not last minute). I only don't like the fact that the driver will not wait for you so long, but that's true, it's like how public shuttle bus works. Great app, great service !!!
