3 stars: Update: Latest update fixed specific room cleaning (however it still cleans around the base for several minutes before it goes to designated room). Getting better but still has some issues for months now that need to be fixed. - Changes modes to eco on its own. - Navigating has changed. It will now give up mid way during line by line cleaning and go off in random directions.
5 stars: Love it! The cleaner became somewhat confused on the room reconfiguration with the Christmas tree and decorations. But did manage to finish it's task. I have two cats who are scared to death of the traditional vacuum cleaner but can tolerate the shark admirably well. Using it every day is a delight!
5 stars: I love this little app! It lets me control my IQ Shark from anywhere I am, be it traveling or at work. I love how I am able to schedule cleanings on the go and see a summary of the cleaning runs including a map of the areas cleaned. It also provides tips on how to clean your robot and support from Shark. Very helpful and convenient!
