This app has the following functionalities:

- Locating a parcel of land on a map by using the Legal Land Description.
- Locating any physical address on a map.
- Getting directions to any address and/or land location using the Legal Land Description.
- Creating and saving routes of land locations which can be accessed later.
- Creating and saving boundaries of any parcel of land.
- Determination of the total acres of any parcel of land.
- Creating groups within an account to enhance workforce collaboration.
- Grain Bin content management tool.
- Road restriction alert tool.
- Sending a location and boundary of land to a third party for field scouting.

Hiredman is ideal for anyone who has ever gotten lost in the country side or who is frustrated by verbal descriptions that have 'turn North, South, East or West'. Crop growers can be confident that whomever they send to their land will get to the land location with ease. Now crop growers can focus on the things that they ought to focus on ... managing the farm and building bushels.

Each farm is limited to 4 users who can only access information peculiar to the farm they have been invited to be a group member for.
