You can add emergency contacts using SOS option on home screen. After adding contacts, whenever you click on SOS button, the application will automatically send text message with your location.

I want to set specific volume level and avoid accidental volume changes. Is there any setting for this?
You can set a specific volume and lock it using Senior Safety Phone. Go to Settings menu and select Volume Lock option. Set required volume level and Lock it using lock button.
