Tenants create a profile of themselves, and if applicable can include pictures and information about pets and anyone else they are planning to rent with. Tenants can also upload private photos e.g. reference letters, which can then be made public to a specific landlord. In their profile, tenants select the property characteristics they are looking for, and can choose to include a blurb about themselves and what kind of rental property they are looking for.

Landlords and tenants can choose to keep their profiles active (and in invisible mode) even after they successfully complete the renting process.
