Covering major cities in India, ONN Bikes is the most affordable bike rental service where you can rent two-wheelers on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly subscription. From your daily intra-city commute to your inter-city travel plans – ONN Bikes with its super economical pricing aims to create an alternate mode of commute in India.

It is extremely easy to rent a bike of your choice form ONN Bikes – Here is how it works:-

• Location: - Open the app and select the location from where you would like to pick-up the vehicle. If you fall into our delivery zone, you will be eligible for free delivery. You can enter the location in the location tab, or let the app detect your current location. Depending on your choice, you can either chose to pick-up the vehicle from our station or press ‘Delivery’ tab if the option is activated.

• Date & Time: - Choose the start and end date/time of your booking. You will be charged based on the duration for which you wish to rent the vehicle from ONN Bikes.

• Select Bike:- The next screen will show you the available bike models for the selected location and time duration entered by you. The screen will also show the tariff and the security deposit to be paid for the respective bike. Please note that the deposit has to be paid while taking the delivery of the bike. You only have to pay the tariff amount through the application to book the bike.

• Confirmation Screen: - This screen will give you all the necessary details related to your booking. The user is requested to read the terms and conditions thoroughly before proceeding further. Once you agree to the ‘Terms of Use’, you will be directed to the payment page.

• Payment: - You can make the payment via Paytm, Debit card, Credit card or Net Banking.

• Booking Confirmation: - After successful completion of payment, your booking will be confirmed. This screen will show all the details related to your booking.
Security Deposit: -Please note that the security deposit will be refunded at the time of vehicle return. In case of any damages or late return, penalty charges will be applicable and the same will be deducted from the security deposit. Please refer to the Pricing Policy in case of any queries.

Driving License: - Please note that it is mandatory to have a valid Driving License in order to rent a bike from ONN Bikes. The license copy can be uploaded to the application while booking or while taking the delivery of the vehicle.

Menu Options:-

My Bookings: -This option will show you details of your existing and past bookings.
Offers and Deals: - You can check out all the running offers and deals on the ONN Bikes application in the menu section. Make the most of all the offers and discounts while booking your ride.

Report Accident: - In case of an accident or an emergency situation, you can directly call the ambulance service from this menu option.

Call Support: - You can directly call our customer care center using this option.

Refer and Earn: - ONN Bikes has launched ‘Refer and Earn’ program. If you like our service, do not miss the opportunity to earn credit points by referring to your friends. These credits can be used for your next booking from ONN Bikes.
