4 stars: The application is good, but it needs better location identification, as I have personally found it inaccurate, and needs manual input. For example, it cannot even identify the Hyderabad Deccan Railway station at Nampally.
4 stars: Cheap, easy \u0026 light... I did have a problem in the start because the riders wouldn't use the app's wallet but now they cooperate (still not all of them sooo..... 4 stars)
5 stars: This is a superb Uber alternative for older, slower phones. It is as responsive as the OG app, and it does this by keeping high-memory aspects optional, such as the map view. The map can still be viewed, but only on request, making the app less resource-demanding for the most part.
3 stars: Was good before.. now a days have to wait for driver a bit longer... often charged higher than initial shown rate which didn't happen previously... overall noticing a decrease in the quality to service received.. * also no option to cancel the trip FOC if the driver assigned takes longer time than expected / affordable. Most of the drivers and vehicle are good.
3 stars: The plus side of the app is that it's quick and easy to use, however I have run into a bug where I am unable to rate my trip, the screen turns white and is unresponsive until I restart the app but still am unable to rate my trip
