5 stars: GREAT GADGET!! Much easier to visibly see studs (and wires) in the walls.Multiple cables for phone connectors. App has started every time. Easy to calibrate. Used on recent project adding molding, chair rail and wainscoting. Only issue I've encountered is in tight spaces, when rotating the phone, the app doesn't rotate also. (unless I'm missing a setting).
5 stars: I just bought myself a house, and now I am renovating it. Walabot is extremely good at finding the studs behind the drywall and I have already saved the money as it shows not only the studs but also suspected electricity lines and pipes, which I could otherwise have drilled in. A fantastic little thing! : D
4 stars: The Walabot DIY is a useful tool. Hopefully the technology will continue to improve. Improved precision would be nice, but it is a fantastic way to get an overview of what is in a wall. It also recently helped me find a stud in a tight place where my traditional stud finder could not even calibrate. It is worth having this in your tool bag, even if it does not replace your old stud finder all of the time.
5 stars: This is a fantastic camera. I needed to hand racks in my garage to store lumber which required lag screws in the studs. The walls are sheetrock over plywood and a regular stud finder would not work. This camera showed me the studs and all other plumbing pipes and electrical wires.
