5 stars: The app just worked all by itself. Also I received my foreo 1,5 months ago. Until last week, everytime I turned on the device, it will turn off after a few seconds and I have to turn it back on. It happened everytime I use the device.
3 stars: My Luna fofo with not ever connect to my bluetooth because it ask me for a pin but I don't have a bluetooth pin. My skin score is the same every time I update it. I just think the app needs an update. Edit: It also give me the same routine and it does not count the number of times I use my fofo.
3 stars: After owning a Luna 3 for 3 months, can finally use my device. It is quite laggy and takes it's time starting, but everything works. The lag took away a star, this company's horrible customer service and choice to blame user error and device specific incompatabilities for the poor construction of their app took the other star. If you haven't purchased a Luna 3 yet, I wouldn't.
3 stars: I have a hard time to connect the device Luna3 to the app but thankfully it's already connected now. But it often appears whenever i want to use the device, the app setting just loading for a long time and i have to keep re install in case i want to use it.
