4 stars: This app is awsome.it tells you what some dreams mean. It can also check your heart rate and it has some challenges and things to help you with your sleep routine the only thing I give it a 4-star for is is that you get your night tracked but if you don't pay for your thing it says you have to buy the premium and it's annoying but I like it.
3 stars: I enjoy this app, though I believe that it is too expensive. I am paying weekly and yet I am unable to save my nightly recordings to my phone or listen to them outside of the app. There should be a way to do this, and if there is it isn't easily accessible.
5 stars: Fantastic invention to assist with falling asleep. Works exactly the same like hypnosis. I fell asleep everytime I have used this app. Have also recommended it to family and friends.
5 stars: I find it hard to sleep in silence this app is a perfect mix of soft noise and self imagination to help put you to sleep. Just wish they added more meditations, ive gone through them all heaps of times
