5 stars: The workouts are great with simple videos showing how to do each move. You can choose how long you want to go and I also love that it has built in music playlists to listen to while working out.
5 stars: I love SWoRKIt! There's a large variety of workout options. I love the new version that has exercises for people are compromised in some way (pregnancy, injury, etc), and I particularly like that now we can manipulate how long each exercise/posture lasts.
4 stars: This app is great for at home workouts, but you definately want to subcribe whichhas a fee. If you are just looking to be a little more acive or if you are new to working out and want to get in the habit this is great. If you want to lose weight or bulk up you will need to combine this with another workout to achive your goal. This is also great to keep you on track if traveling.
5 stars: I have used this app for years, since I was in middle school! It's had its ups and downs, I've made complaints just to have them fixed immediately. Thank you for addressing my needs and helping me become healthy again, I really love this app and I'm so proud to be a member!
