4 stars: Zen has a variety of meditations and music to help calm your mood and heal emotions. I have used Zen in many different situations and always find something helpful. I would have made it 5 stars but I find Zen does not open on quite a few of my devices, just shutting down and saying Zen has stopped. When I can make the app work, I love it.
