5 stars: Kapten isn't bad app compare to Viavan or Uber. But they have to work on it faster to improve it more and listen to what drivers is asking for. I have been asking from Kapten customer service when would this app start showing destination and rating for riders they always says that the app will have some amazing features very soon its 2020 and we are still waiting enough is enough!!!!
4 stars: The first time I can say the app has failed since your launch. Which is very good and the issue seems to be dealt with.
5 stars: Doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the others, but what it does have seems to work well for me. Would like to be able to rate customers as well, but it is what it is.
5 stars: App is not as user friendly as Uber but it does the job for the driver. In app navigation is completely useless. Cannot understand how such a well funded company make such simple mistakes.
5 stars: Since the launched of this App in April 2019, I joined 2weeks later and haven't join any other app or company just because KAPTEN has been user friendly to drivers and riders. They care for drivers and riders with special treatment and every one leaves with a smile.
