3 stars: Before the update I was able to rotate the screen to landscape and view more of the guide. It doesn't do that anymore so now it's hard to glance future shows without manually scrolling left. The screenshots on Google Play don't match what is on the actual app. Can't set the DVR from the Contour app or the Cox Connect app anymore. What happened?
5 stars: Cox plays games like the phone company used to by trying to collect for each tv playing content that's why casting isn't available.. Federal government needs to fix this like they did with phone service. Spectrum, my previous service, allows you to cast full channel line up including live and on demand to any device, including tv's. Cox is gouging customers. Hate this company!
3 stars: Everything works but I would like to be able to see more than one block of time on the guide. iPhones allow you to turn the phone sideways to see a wider screen but this app is locked in the vertical view.
4 stars: Used to work good.. Used to use this app to watch ABC while getting ready in the morning. Now all I get is a black screen. On my iPad there is no sound. Cox wanted to blame my devices but 2 that dont work properly..let's fix the app!! Update- it now works...let's see if it still does tomorrow
3 stars: Not as convenient as I hoped, I dont know why I would need to connect my cell device to the in home wifi to watch something, why not just watch it on my television?
