3 stars: should add more option for cancelation reasons.. now only have: 1.restaurant closed 2.item unavaiable 3.Restaurant too far... should add : 1. Customer location too far 2. restaurant preparation too long 3. Fare too low 4. Unappropriate Weather 5. Driver vehicle broke down 6. Speak to call centre.... Grab should consider the driver condition of canceling orders too...
3 stars: Need to improve the information for pick up and drop off. The address sometimes is very long and we cannot see the whole address

4 stars: Everything is ok except: 1. The apps pop back to its page while Im navigating using 3rd party maps when new jobs coming in. Im on maps and still driving. Its important for me or any driver to concentrate on driving \u0026 and our maps. Just notify us. Its not like we driver can jump to another jobs right away. Please fix this. Very annoying and dangerous.
