5 stars: I love this app. Every time I'm looking to lose some weight, I usually go on YouTube and all I find are very hard workouts. On this app, you can put in your age, weight, body size and they make you your own workout based on the information you gave them. I would recommend this app for anyone who has trouble loosing weight.
5 stars: 8fit is amazing! You choose your goal and it will guide you through every step of the way. Desogning a whole custom workout plan and everything. It 100% works and i recommend it for any goal you have. Put some music on and get to working out! Somewhere at the end you'll be feeling like you can't continue because you have no energy, but when you do decide to continue, the results will make you feel amazing.
5 stars: This app is so easy to use and the workouts are fun but challenging. I do the daily workout most days, pick and choose the meals I like, and then if I want a longer workout, I add on one I've already done. Im a single mom so I'm stuck in the house while my boy sleeps but this is something I can do at home every day. I love it!
4 stars: I think some of these exercises are a bit inaccurate when it comes to calories burned. But I enjoy the exercises and the times exercises so I dont get too distracted to finish a workout. That being said, itd be great if I could link my fit bit to 8fit.
