3 stars: I don't know if this is normal or a glitch but when there is a severe weather situation like high winds i get about 30 alerts back to back as i clear them off it reappears. I get it, its windy! Also recently David's recorded voice has been speaking from my phone when i havent even been looking at it or in the app. I do not like that at ALL.

3 stars: I agree with the other positive reviews. It's fast. The radar maps are really nice. I gave only 3 stars because the widgets are terrible. I will continue using TWNs app solely because of this.

If you allow the app to know your location, if lightning is detected nearby (through the equipment at the station, not from your phone of course), you get an alert.
