Transferring from one VCA to another BCA hospital due to a move caused a problem within the app: it wouldn’t save the new hospital information despite several different ways of trying. I emailed customer service and within one hour the problem was solved. Personal phone call, step by step hep. Thank you- now I have my dogs medical info at my fingertips once more.
