5 stars: Really amazing! Only a few days in and already I'm seeing massive improvements with a proper diet. The only thing is that Samsung health doesn't connect with it so I can't track my heart rate while doing the workouts. I know the Google health app connects to it but I don't use it because all my data is on Samsung health. It's obviously not this app's fault so on what they can deliver and what they do, it's a brilliant app
5 stars: Loved the app! I would like to give a suggestion. You give some instructions/suggestions while exercising. I think instead of telling them during exercise, tell them before that exercise, in the resting period. There might be a case that someone might be skipping the resting period. In that case, display the instructions before the exercise.
5 stars: Great app. The only issue I find is there are no voice commands for the exercises that are not timer based. While exercising, one has to pick up the phone and tick the exercise off to go on to the next one. Would have been great if a simple voice command like 'next' or 'done' could've been incorporated to none on to the next exercise instead of picking up the phone again and again.
