5 stars: So far it seems to be working , its helping me with my Kegel Technique...I do additional Kegels off App at least 2 to 3 times a day. My goal after recent prostate surgery is to get back to normal !Its been 3 months since my surgery and this app has helped immensely towards my recovery! While not 100% yet I'm about 90% there and living a normal active lifestyle again!

4 stars: Nice app in general. What i would like to see is choosing additional exercises per day. It is, after all, said that 3 times a day kegel is recommended. Also, as other have people already mentioned, if you do exercises at night, the chart shows that you have skipped a day. Maybe changing format to 24h from when you finish exercise, instead of phone clock based.
5 stars: After 30 days of using this product I can honestly say according to my partner who noticed a difference, it works! The workout plan is great for getting into a routine and allows gradual strength training throughout the exercises. Highly recommended for those that want to keep their girls in check.
4 stars: Doing it for quite a few months. Definitely better than before, want more improvement but don't do it everyday. Would recommend finding instructions on how to do alongside and get checked doing it properly. Great way of remembering...
