3 stars: Freezes a lot, it tricks you and its not worth the money. Think about it, all of these apps trick you for a first go but, YouTube is filled with free workouts. I do it all the time, I try a new app it doesn't work as well as the Nike app so I revert back to what I know. This is a waste of time and money.
4 stars: Love the app so far kinda wish I could substitute some workouts that I am unable to do yet due to healing muscles but improvising on my own when I can. Even the short workouts are kicking my butt lol
