3 stars: This app has lot of things to improve on. It freezes at will and price calculation is frustrating. The accuracy of the default gps is low. The market has droppes massively here in Abuja Nigeria with geometric increase in the number of cars and drivers and daily decrease in riders. They need to contact people to help them improve their service.
3 stars: Its a nice app but the upfront pricing is a joke. Am stuck in Jam and the damn thing doesnt even calculate. Worse still some routes you give to use are at times not in good condition especially now with the rains. Some have been rendered some impassable yet you instist we use it. Please let the app calculate accordingly coz the price review also takes ages to be updated. Otherwise do some marketing in Mombasa Kenya. Thank you.
5 stars: This app needs few more features to be added or these might be in the but I am new and couldn't figure out how. 1. Dark mode 2. Set description stop after one trip this should not happen 3. Text custumer 4. Make easy way to contact customer services... Will soon come back again as I am new driver and only managed to find this features missing. Will give you 5* now. Thank you
4 stars: Great app, but could you guys make it possible that the driver can be able to text the rider as well. It would make it more convenient when you can't reach them via phone call. Please.
