5 stars: Easy to use and extremely convenient to file a claim with my Nationwide pet insurance. Great way to keep track of veterinary records too, especially when going on vacation and being able to provide records to the pet-sitter!
4 stars: Overall good experience with setting up my pets profile. Very intuitive, however the only drawback is the painful delay when capturing a photo of the receipt. I had to retry about 4/5 times to get a clear picture. Other than that a well built app.

3 stars: 1) Im from singapore our measurement unit will be kg or gram. It would be nice if the units in tha app have the option of pound,kg, gram 2) And it would be nice if the app also have food intake chart/log. So its easy to monitor the intake amount that the pet have eaten/full. Especially baby bird to weaning of fomula milk to pellet/chop food
