4 stars: I recently posted a review about it crashing due to fingerprint . I was told by support to not enable fingerprint when setting up the mobile app. Just have the passcode enable. I did as instructed. And it worked, no more crashing of app. I can login and view my accounts via passcode login. I have a andriod OS phones by the way.
5 stars: EDIT: The app works perfectly now and displays all the information it used to. Always worked perfectly on Iphone8, I have now swapped to a Samsung a70. After importing my desktop accounts the app consistently crashes getting no further than the log in screen.

3 stars: needs to support more coins such as TRX, EOS, and others. great that i can access my cold wallet so easily though. very much looking forward to more coins being added. update: yes i know, but what i am saying is that Ledger Live should support these coins instead of having to use myetherwallet or third party wallets.
4 stars: I really love this app. It works great with my note 10+ and my nano s. I just got my otg cables and it works perfectly by allowing me to transfer crypto from exchanges to my ledger from my phone. I would ask that you guys Implement a dark mode, that would be very helpful.
