3 stars: First off- I have never had issues falling asleep or waking up on time. I bought this for the snore tracker and movement tracker a premium only feature. $35 for lifetime and it was a giant waste of money for me. :( if you need the noises not so much a waste, but if all you want is to see how much/loud you snore get a different app. also do the subs not the lifetime WAY cheaper that way you get a chance to decide before spending too much
5 stars: This helps me unwind after working 12 hour days and helps calm the 1001 things going through my mind that keeps me from falling asleep up to hours at a time. The calm voice lulls you into relaxation and the breathing excercise helps put you in the right mode for dropping off to sleep. I bought the lifetime usage for it and plan to never be without it. Would love to see more options for coaching voices and maybe some woodsy sounds.
5 stars: Really good app i felt better every day since i had the app. The app is completely flawless the only thing i think would be good is to be able to set more alarms then one because if you have to wake up at different times on different days you have to change it every time. Please keep up the good work.
4 stars: I like it. But would love the app if it showed a little more detail without havin to pay a good amount a month. Otherwise, this is a great all.
