5 stars: this is a great app for busy ppl for a full body work out... exercise series can varies from 7min to 35min (Hard level Challenge). I saw positive results after 2 wks. After 3 mths using this app, I am totally safistied and keep going. The only downside I see is the after section ads, which is not a big deal, since it does not interrupt the training.
4 stars: The app is very useful and the excerises actually work... And there are many different types of exercises... However the app doesn't have any excerises for tight chest muscles and the full screen ads are sometimes too irritating and really gives a bad experience... Otherwise its additional features like weight tracking and exercise reminders are very useful
5 stars: Love this app! It keeps me accountable in a fun way, and doesnt require hours of my time. There's a variety of workouts to try, and I love how you can choose the difficulty level. No equipment required is a huge plus also! Glad I found this app.
5 stars: use it for travel when there is hotel gym or in room. easy and goes fast in the morning. works on phone. earbuds and my Garmin watch too. so no real excuses. good warm up for the gym or on it's own. no glitches issues using it.
