5 stars: It's a fantastic experience. I just ordered a Note 10+ and opted to trade in my Note 9 so I paid $500 for the best phone ever. Oh and because of the rewards and instant credits I got Galaxy Buds($129) and an LED case($55) for free. I can't believe it, Samsung may have lost money on this one.
4 stars: Would be nice to have the option to split an order if some items are eligible for store pickup, and others not. We pay enough for the products, we'd be willing to cover the shipping difference for the convenience. This relating to the Note 10 credit being restricted to a single order.
5 stars: The app is so easy to use for what I wanted to find. I was searching for a S-pen to replace the one I have misplaced. It was even faster than the time it took to get tech assist. Highly recommended.
3 stars: printing is too small to read.i feel as though it was a waste of time and energy. I need a new phone, but cannot find out specs etc for them. Calling family etc on My Galaxy Mega 2 is only good when plugged into outlet...Battery is in death throes, they do not make new ones and you can't open the phone. I am 83 and disabled, wife is 81 and we exist only on SocSec monthly check. I am limited and your cutesy system is no damn good. Get real!
