3 stars: The app receives a star for mobility, one for ease of use, and a third for available features. However, I'm not buying the practice of hiding the use of certain features for bluetooth transmission only, knowing the likes of BMW and Dinan use a solid OBD II cable for everything. In my opinion, it's a ploy to force the purchase of an overpriced Carly BT adapter.

5 stars: Really easy to use due the intuitive GUI. Technical support is also quick and straight to the point. I got assistance by Robert that solved my problem within 24 hours, I had raised the ticket in a Sunday night!

5 stars: Very well made app. Easy to use and very user friendly. I was able to customize many comfort access, iDrive, video, A/C and other settings I didn't even know my car was capable of. Customer Service is excellent, they respond back and address all questions and issues very promptly. Worth every penny. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.
