4 stars: Overall, a good app but the only thing that could be fixed is getting back to where you left off from if you hit the back button. When I'm in my favorites and scrolling down the list, I'll choose a house to look at and when I hit back to go to my favorites, I have to start all over again from the top of my list.
5 stars: My wife and I are currently in the market and have found that Redfin seems to have the most information and all seems to be up to date. Other apps are missing sales histories and HOA dues. Great app. Such good. Many like.
3 stars: overall easy to use real estate app. few suggestions. for the restroom filter, could you add 1.75 option? i try to stay away from houses that has less than 1.75, and there isn't an option for it. It jumps from 1.25 to 2.0 restrooms. Same for sq. feet option, maybe add more options in between the filter settings.
5 stars: Most useful app for any real estate investor. Found my first foreclosure on here 1 day sooner than the MLS email came through. I was able to view property next morning and had an offer submitted within days. i especially love the school district search. it helps me keep an eye on homes sold in good school districts.
