4 stars: After 5-6-19 update, my phone is unable to load the 3rd page of cameras. I have a 16 channel and it's not loading. Even the pc app updated as well as of 5-11-19 and it's not working properly. Please please fix! Edit: 5-21-19 I downgraded my app and the PC software and my cameras are working again. Something is wrong with this current update. Please update this app. Checked out the new update Jul 2019. It's fixed. Ty!
3 stars: update: don't follow the instructions provided with your cameras but watch some youtube vids.... that's what I did and it's half working now. all in all it's a pain. No answers to my emails to dahua. First comment: I just bought A35 cameras and this is the app that get downloaded when I scan the QR code BUT..... this app doesn't get the A35 model in its list of cameras.... I am stuck, I can not set up my camera.

4 stars: We assembled and used this device for three weeks. This device shows clear and good quality recording. Only drawback for our family is that we have to share one email to log in. We try logging in from different emails via QR code and series number to no avail.
5 stars: Excellent camera, easy enough to setup, worked better for me hanging from the ceiling, this gives a better field of view.
