5 stars: Absolutely brilliant. Adriene has given such a huge gift to the world with her teaching. I couldn't recommend this app more highly. YWA has been quite literally life changing for me. I feel more connected to myself and more grounded with each day. I really think everyone needs to use this app.
5 stars: Adriene is an incredibly gifted yoga teacher and all around human. Her videos have led to so much relief and positive changes for not only myself but everyone I recommend her to. Added bonus is her sweet sweet pup Benji! love when he joins her videos!
5 stars: amazing. I love how I can add the classes I want to take to a playlist. the meditations are amazing and all the classes are the perfect amount of time to fit into my busy day. everything is grounded on self love and I will do YWA for the rest of my life!!!
