5 stars: great, simple app....has a point system that accumulates fast and is why i use it over uber eats. I've had a few issues with restaurants not accepting my order, but Ritual Support has been quick to reslove with a simple email and it's another reason i use over uber eats. great app, simple to use, rewards system that's realistic....no brainer here to use this app over the others.
4 stars: Good designed UI and easy to use functions. One thing i don't like is the text messages sent after orders. They are annoying and uncesssary. But i have no way to turn them off. Hope it will be improved soon.
5 stars: Ritual makes the order process easy. I like that it retains previous orders to make it even easier and quicker to order and pickup food.
4 stars: great to order coffee, ready when you arrive and always hot. I like that you get points for picking up colleagues orders too!
5 stars: There are a lot of payment apps. This one was frustrating. As far as I could tell my first order went ti a restaurant that doesnt exist. Seems like a usable app as long as you 1) don't rely on its idea of what's nearby and 2)verify the restaurant first using Google or something. The initial credits took the sting out of paying for a meal I never got. UPDATE: Ritual reached out and refunded me. They have impressive customer service.
